Terms of Service

Updated September 25, 2026

These terms apply when you use PRIVACUT. PRIVACUT is operated under the DONAVIQ brand by its owner; no LLC or other unconfirmed entity is represented. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy, retention, refund, and safe-use policies.

Purpose and supported V1 profile

PRIVACUT is an assistive sensitive-information detection and permanent-redaction tool. V1 supports pasted text and searchable PDFs within the limits displayed in the product, currently one PDF up to 5 MB and 10 pages. Scanned or image-only PDFs and OCR are not promised. PRIVACUT creates a separate sanitized output and does not overwrite your original. The initial V1 offering is available only in the United States.

Your account and documents

You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect access to your account, and promptly report suspected misuse. You confirm that you own or are authorized to process every document and every item of information you submit. You remain responsible for the original, your redaction choices, the final downloaded file, and how you use or share it.

Detection and review limitations

Automated detection can miss sensitive information and can identify harmless information. You must inspect every page, select or add the appropriate redactions, and review the final output before sharing it. PRIVACUT does not guarantee perfect detection, anonymity, legal sufficiency, uninterrupted availability, or compliance with a law or professional duty, and it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.

Plans, subscriptions, and credits

Current prices, allowances, renewal periods, and credit packs are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. End-of-period cancellation keeps paid access through the current period and prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically create a refund. Purchased credits and subscription allowances are separate. Credits are not transferable, have no cash value, and are removed if you deliberately delete the associated account. Additional details appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited use

Do not process information without authority; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; steal credentials; stalk, discriminate against, or harm a person; distribute malware; attack or overload the service; evade limits; or attempt to access or recover another user's data. We may suspend or terminate access needed to protect users, the service, providers, or legal rights.

Service changes and availability

Features and reasonable limits may change as the service improves. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or discontinue a feature. When practical, material policy or paid-service changes will be communicated through the service or the registered account contact.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in documents you are authorized to use and in the output created from them. PRIVACUT, DONAVIQ branding, software, interface, and original service materials remain the operator's or applicable licensors' property. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service as offered.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRIVACUT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by an unreviewed output. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, without limiting rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Governing details and notices

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer rights and other applicable law continue to apply. Send support or legal notices to donaviqtools@gmail.com. Do not include card numbers, passwords, documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
